The present general terms and conditions for the use of the website, the terms and conditions of Access and use of www.altarem.es, property of Atalaya Servicios Funerarios, S.L., situated in Calle Jabonerías 22, Cartagena (Murcia) and CIF B30689210, hereinafter, “the Company”, that the user will have to read and accept , to use all the services and information provided. The mere Access and/or use of the website, part or all of its contents and/or services, means the full acceptance of the present general use conditions.

The Company owns the elements that make up the website. The mentioned elements like pictures, videos, logos, texts, etc. or any other element, object of protection from intellectual and industrial property law that are accessible on the web, correspond exclusively to the Company or to its legitimate holders and all rights on them are expressly reserved.


Steps to follow for hire

Before completing the purchase, you must make sure that the deceased to whom you wish to send the floral tribute, is still in our premises, as well as indicate his/her full name on the order. Should the order not arrive on time, this would be automatically cancelled and the amount previously paid, reimbursed. Should you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by sending an email to info@altarem.es or by calling at 968 191 585, immediately after the purchase.

For cancellations made after the cancellation deadline, the Company cannot guarantee the total reimbursement of the paid amount and reserves the right to charge to the client, the costs generated by the cancellation, which would be the value of the sent flowers.

The deliveries are limited to the mortuaries of the Company in San Javier (Murcia) and Los Alcázares (Murcia).

Product or service object of contract

Flowers and products delivered may present a slight variation toward those presented on the web, this might be due to the seasonal floral offers.

Prices and method of payment

The prices on the website are always given in Euros and VAT is always included. The prices applicable to an order are those shown on the website when the order is formalized.

The price shown for every product is the one the client will finally pay, without adding any other amount. The delivery is free.

Orders can be paid by credit, debit card or Paypal. The invoice will be send to the client via email.

Responsibilities, Guarantees, applicable Legislation and system for settlement of disputes

The Company guarantees the freshness and quality of all its products. However, should the client not be satisfied with our services, we commit ourselves to study each claim and to act in the consensual way with the client.

The claims will always be treated with generosity by the Company, as we trust our clients’ good faith. In case of litigation, the client should first contact the Company to try to achieve a friendly solution.

In the event of a visible defect of the order and further to be verified and accepted by the vendor, the client has the right to a free replacement of the product or the refund of its amount, without being able to demand another type of compensation or benefit.

Therefore, any sort of refund shall be a formal agreement between the vendor and the client.

If an agreement is not reached between the parties, both will submit to the jurisdiction of the courts.

The client may require a complaints form at the customer service desk.
